คุณสมบัติทั่วไป

เหล็กการติดตั้ง
1.ต่อสายเชื่อม สายดินเข้ากับตู้เชื่อมให้แน่นและพันเทปจุดต่อสายให้เรียบร้อยถ้ามี2.ติดตั้งถังก๊าซ โดยถังก๊าซจะต้องมีการจับยึดเพื่อป้องกันการล้มของถัง(กรณีใช้งานเชื่อมTIG)
ติดตั้งปั้มลม กรณีใช้งานตัดพลาสม่า
3.ต่อสายก๊าซหรือสายลมเข้ากับตัวเครื่องเชื่อมและรัดด้วยเข็มขัดรัดสาย
4.เช็คจุดรั่วตามจุดต่อต่างๆและสายก๊าซหรือสายลม
5.ควรวางเครื่องเชื่อมให้ทุกๆด้านห่างจากกำแพงหรือสิ่งขวางกั้นไม่น้อยกว่า 30 ซม.
ข้อควรระวังในการใช้งาน
1.ตรวจเช็คการทํางานของพัดลมระบายความร้อน อย่างน้อยสัปดาห์ละครั้ง2.ตรวจเช็คสภาพสายไฟเข้าเครื่อง,สายปืนเชื่อม,สายเชื่อม,สายดิน,และขั้วต่อสายต่างๆอย่างน้อย สัปดาห์ละครั้ง
3.เป่าทําความสะอาดเครื่องด้วยลมอัดที่สะอาดที่ปราศจากความชื้น,นํ้า,และฝุ่นละออง ทุก ๆ อาทิตย์
หรือน้อยกว่านั้น ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพแวดล้อมที่เครื่องใช้งาน
4.ห้ามใช้อัดลมที่มีความแรงมากเกินกวา 5 Bar ในการทําความสะอาดเครื่อง
5.หากไม่มีการใช้เครื่องเป็นเวลานาน ควรเก็บในกล่องที่มิดชิดและเก็บในบริเวณที่ไม่อับชื้น ุ
6.แสงเชื่อม,ความร้อนและควันเชื่อมอาจจะทําให้เกิดไฟไหม้ได้
7.ควรสวมหน้ากากและอุปกรณ์safetyเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้งาน
