Sikament® NN TH เป็นน้ำยาลดน้ำที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง และเป็นน้ำยาผสมคอนกรีตประเภทซุปเปอร์พลาสติไซเซอร์ ที่มีส่วนผสมเพิ่มของแนพทาลีนเทคโนโลยี เพื่อเร่งการแข็งตัว และเพิ่มการไหลตัวของคอนกรีต
- เพิ่มการไหลตัวของคอนกรีต
- เพิ่มความสามารถในการเทของคอนกรีต
- เหมาะสำหรับงานโครงสร้างบาง ๆ ที่มีเหล็กเสริมหนาแน่น

การจ่ายน้ำยา
สามารถเติมน้ำยา Sikament® NN TH ลงในคอนกรีตสด หรือผสมลงไปในน้ำ
ไม่แนะนำให้ผสม กับหินทรายโดยตรง ในกรณีผสมน้ำยาลงในคอนกรีตสด
ควรเพิ่มเวลาการผสมอย่างน้อย 1 นาที ต่อปริมาณคอนกรีต 1 ลูกบาศก์เมตร
ข้อกำหนดต้องไม่ผสม Sikament® NN TH ลงในผงซีเมนต์ สัดส่วนผสมของคอนกรีต ให้ถือปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานกำหนดสัดส่วนผสมของคอนกรีตของ ACI 211.1-89 และใช้น้ำยาผสมคอนกรีตประเภทลดน้ำอย่างมาก อย่าง Sikament® NN TH ที่ผลิตโดยบริษัทซิก้า การใช้น้ำยาควรปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของผู้ผลิตโดยเคร่งครัด
อัตราการใช้
600 - 3,000 ซีซี ต่อนํ้าหนักปูนซีเมนต์ 100 กิโลกรัม ปริมาณการใช้น้ำยาจริงขึ้นอยู่กับประเภท ของการได้มา, คุณภาพของซีเมนต์ หิน ทราย อัตราส่วน น้ำต่อซีเมนต์ และอุณหภูมิโดยรอบ ดังนั้น ในหลายๆกรณีจึงแนะนำให้ทำการทดสอบเพื่อหา ปริมาณที่เหมาะสมก่อน

Compatibility
Sikament® NN TH may be combined with many other Sika products. Trials must always be carried out before combining products in specific mixes. Contact Sika Technical Services for additional information and any specific combinations.
Sikament® NN TH is compatible with all types of Portland Cement, including SRC type and Hydraulic Cement.
Dispensing
Sikament® NN TH can be added separately to the freshly mixed concrete or directly to the mixing water prior to its addition to the aggregates. When added separately to the freshly mixed concrete, further mixing should take place for at least one minute per cubic meter.
Restrictions
Sikament® NN TH must not be added to dry cement. Concrete shall be designed in accordance with ACI 211.1-89 standard recommended practice for selecting proportions for concrete and shall contain a superplasticizer which shall be Sikament® NN TH as manufactured by Sika. It shall be used in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Recommended dosage
600 - 3,000 cc. per 100 kg. of cement weight
Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.
