ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน
การเตรียมพื้นผิว : พื้นผิวต้องแข็งแรง สะอาด แห้ง ปราศจากเศษหลุดร่อน สิ่งปนเปื้อน เช่น ฝุ่น สิ่งสกปรก น้ำมัน ขี้ผึ้งขัดเงา จารบี คราบกาวเก่า หรือคราบซีเมนต์ พื้นผิวเรียบแต่จะต้องหยาบเล็กน้อย ควรกำจัดฝุ่นออกเพื่อเพิ่มการยึดเกาะ
การใช้งาน : ต้องอิงถึงเอกสารประกอบเพิ่มเติมหากมี เช่น คำชี้แจงวิธีการที่เกี่ยวข้อง คู่มือการใช้ และคำแนะนำในการติดตั้งหรือการทำงาน
Sika® SealTape F (เทปปิดรอยต่อ)
- ติดเทปกาวลงบนผลิตภัณฑ์กันซึม Sika® ชั้นที่ 1 ที่ยังเปียกโดยใช้เกรียงหรือไม้พายทำให้เรียบ
- เพื่อรองรับการเคลื่อนไหว สามารถใช้เทปพัน ปิดทับรอยร้าวได้
- เทปต้องซ้อนทับกันอย่างน้อย 50 มม.
- ทาผลิตภัณฑ์กันซึมชั้นที่ 2 บนเทปและ เมื่อกันซึมชั้นแรกที่แห้งตัวแล้ว
- ติดเทปในลักษณะเดียวกับเทป Sika® SealTape F
- สำหรับท่อ ให้มีส่วนที่ยืดได้อย่างน้อย 4 มม. ที่ต้องสัมผัสกับพื้นผิวท่อ
- ตัดให้ได้ขนาดที่เหมาะสมโดยใช้กรรไกรหรือมีดโกนหนวด
- ติดในลักษณะเดียวกับเทป Sika® SealTape F

Application steps
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION : All substrates must be stable, clean, dry, free of any loose or friable particles, contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil, wax polish, grease, old adhesive residue, cement laitance or efflorescence. Smooth surfaces must be roughened lightly and dust removed to improve adhesion.
APPLICATION : Reference must be made to further documentation where applicable, such as relevant method statement, application manual, and installation or working instructions.

Sika® SealTape F
- Embed tape into the 1st layer of the wet Sika® waterproofing product using a smoothing trowel or spatula.
- To accommodate movement, a loop can be made with the tape over the crack.
- Overlaps must be ≥ 50 mm.
- On top of the hardened 1st layer and tape, apply a 2nd layer of the Sika® waterproofing product.
- Embed in the same way as the Sika® SealTape F tape.
- For pipes, a minimum 4 mm of the stretchable part needs to be in contact with the pipe surface.
- Cut to the appropriate size using scissors or a razor knife.
- Embed in the same way as the Sika® SealTape F tape.
