ดร.ฟิคสิท ฟาสท์บอนด์ ( DR. Fixit Fast bond )

• Concrete foundations, basements wall and lift pits.
• Swimming pools, water tanks and reservoirs.
• Concealed roofs, parking decks, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, balconies and planters.
• Any other concrete, cement or masonry surface subject to damage from moisture.
  

• Allow new concrete and masonry substrate to fully cure prior applicatio0n.
• All surfaces must be free from oll, grease, wax, dirt or any other fom of foreign which might effect adhesion. Spelled Concrete must be sound before applied.
• Substrate should be reach a "Saturated Surface Dry" (SSD) condition (damp, without standing water) 

• Using Portland mechanical mixer, slowly add Powder part to Liquid part in a clean container until a smooth and homogenous slurry mixture is achieved.
• Allow the mixed slurry to stand for 5-10 minutes for releasing air-trapped during the mixing prior to application. Mixing materal must be use within recommend pot life.

• Dr.Fixit Fastbond slurry can be applied by brush or trowel. Do NOT dilute with water. Recommended coverage rate is approximately 1.1 kg/m/coat for 0.8 mm. (minmum 2 coat.)
• Allow the slurry to cure for least 1 hour before applying a second coat.

• For maximum protection, allow 12 to 24 hours curing time after the sevond coat.
• Dr.Fixit Fastbond requires at least 7 days before filling water tanks with water as well as mock-up ponding tests on site.

• Dr.Fixit Fastbond can be removed from tools and equipment immedately after use with clean water, only hardened material can remove mechanically.

• Dr.Fixit Fastbond is not suitable for traffic area application.
• Dr.Fixit Fastbond is pre measure package. Do not dilute with water or add any more sand or cement.

• Non Flammable.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Any splashes to the skin or eyes should be washed off with vlean water
• Wear mask when mixing.
• Wear protective gloves and eye protection when applied.
