• Surface must be sond, clean, dry, and free from dirt, oil, wax and any other curing  compound materials.
• Remove all loose paint or powdery matters on old painted surfaces by high pressure washer or mechanical scrapping/brushing and treat areas infested by algae, fungus and moss growth with algaecide/fungicide solution

• Stir Dr.Fixit Beauflex 500 thoroughly to suspend all pigment prior to use

• Applied 2-3 coat of Dr.Fixit Beauflex 500 at a rate of 4-5 m2 per ltr./coat, depend on application &substrate
• For maximnm crack bridging capability and waterproofing protection, the application should be achieve minimum dry film thickness is 200 microns for total 2-3 coats system.
• Between each coat should be waiting for minimum 4 hours (Depending on inter condition)

• All tools and equipment should be cleaned immediately with water

• Drying times may vary  depending on the temperature, relative humidity and air movement
• Do not dilute Dr.Fixit Beauflex 500 with water in general application

• Blueriver, Cornsilk, Lightcream, Quicksilver, Ivory
• Peach, Hint of cream, Autumn leaf, Cotton lace, White

• 12 month storage in sealed container.
• Store the material in cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

• Non Flammble.
• Avoid contact with skin & eyes. Any splashes to the skin or eyes should be washed off with clean
• Watrt mask when mixing.
• Wear pr0ceve gloves and eye prot-protection when applied
