• Clean surface and remove any dust, loose material or immpuries.
• If necessary, roughen surfaec with appropriate device (e.g. abrasive blasting, brush hammering) until surface is even.
• Any damage or concrete defect should be repaired in advance.
• Surface must be saturated and dry.
• Close the hole or holes with large bubbles before applying Dr.Fixit Skimkote 103 Color Plus.

• It can be plastered with a steel trowel or a stainless steel trowel.
• First plastering with glass sandpaper number 280 to focus on removing trowel joints.
• Second putty has to be thinly ironed and plastered over the surface. Then wait for it to dry for about 1 hour and then sanding with sandpaper No.320 to focus on removing trowel joints.
• Should be plastered at least 2-3 turms (thickness per layer 0.2-0.5 mm.)

• Each round of plastering must wait for the first round to dry first will be plastered in the next round always plastering cycle : you have to wait for the first round to dry first. It will be plstered in the next round always.
• The complete drying time is 24-28 hours (depending on the thickness of each putty layer and depends on the temperature)

• Mixing ratio: 1:2 Use clean water mixed with Dr. Fixit Dkimkote 103 Color Plus mix thoroughly.
• Use a roller or paint brush to apply Dr.Fixit Skimkote 103 Color Plus onto the Prepared concrete surface.
• Must be applied at least 2 cycles and wait for the first plastering be dried. It therefore can be plastered over.

• Working temperature 5°C to 35°C
• Working in >35°C or sunny areas, heat will cause Dr.Fixit Skimkote 103 color Plus. cement mix to dry too quick to finish application
• Apply in shade and sprinkle water on application surface to reduce surface temperature & avoid quick drying issue
• Not suitable for application under constant water immersion such as water tanks
• Not suitable for flooring
• It is not recoommended to apply one thivk coat.

• 12 month in sealed container kept under shade area

• Avoid skin and eyes contact can cause irritation to skin, eyes and respiratory In case of contact with eye, rinse with plenty of water and immediately seek medical advice.
• It is advisable to use hand gloves and goggles.
