• Allow to mix for additional 2-3 minutes until a smooth, uniform homogeneous mix is achieved.

• Pour the prepared mix into the required area immediately, taking care that it is poured from one end only, with a watertight shuttering in place.
• For large pours, the grouting operation shall be done in steps, with a high head or by a grouting pump, to avoid air entrapment.
• Do not disturb the poured grout for at least 24 hours.

• Cover the exposed areas of grout by wet burlap (jute bag), ponding or curing compound to prevent cracking due to heat generation during curing of grout.

• All Tool and equipment should be cleaned immediately with water.

• Do not add extra water in any circumstances.
• Ensure that the shuttering is leak proof.
• Pour the mix only from one end under the gravity of 6 to 8 inches head.
• Soak the area with water for 24 hours before grouting.
• For greater depth fill (more than 75 mm.) clean, prewashed, crushed 10 mm. down aggregates can be added (approx imate 10kg/25kg bag of Dr.Fixit Pidigrout 5M)
• Do not undertake grouting in high temperature conditions.

• Maximum 1 year in sealed container kept under shed area.

• As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised.
• Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn.
• Treat any contact to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately.
• Should any of the products be accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call for medical assistance immediately.
