• Dr. Fixit Piditop 333 is a pre blended cementitious floor hardener for fresh concrete, containing well-graded, non-metallic aggregates. This is ready to use at site as dry spread on the freshly cast green concrete to get heavy duty monolithic floor. Dr. Fixit Piditop 333 provides hard abrasion resistant dense floor.

• After base concrete is placed, level the surface with float Remove excess bleedwater by dragging gunny bag on the surface or rubber hose.
• Concrete surface has stiffened to the point of sustaining floating operation, or when foot prints make an impression up to 2-3 mm. depth.

• Dr.Fixit Piditop 333 should be applied in 2 shakes, using approximately two in thirds of the total quantity for the first broadcast. The dry powder is evenly broadcasted over the surface at the rate of 5 kg / m
• This top layer shake at the rate of approx. 3 kg/m should then be power floated or wooden floats are to be used to press the powder into the substrate surface. • For the good quality, Dr. Fixit Unicure SS should be cured as soon as the concrete dries(able to walk without footprints; the color of the concrete has hardened). Recommended for curing by the flooding or using a damp sack.

• Do not work in the sun because the concrete will dry faster and risk of rupture.
• Have to cut the groove into squares 25-30 m ; depth 1 in 3 of the concrete or as appropriate.

• Shelf life 12 months in sealed container out of direct sunlight.

• It is advisable to use hand gloves and goggles.
