• Suitable for large tiles and low porous tiles such as Ceramic tile, Porcelains, Granito, Marbles, Glass Mosaics, etc.
• Onto concrete, cement renders/screeds, block work, rendered brick work and mortar leveling and waterproof membranes
• Suitable area where contact to water such as bathroom, kitchen room, pond, swimming pool

• All surface must be strucrally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds, any other loose contaminating materials.
• New concrete must be allowed to cure for at least 28 days and have a wood float finish.
• Newly rendered / screened surface must be allowed to cure for at least 7 days and have wood float finish.
• Street trowel finished concrete must be acid arched or mechanically abraded prior to tiling 

• Mixing ratio of Dr.Fixit Fevimate XL 1 bag (20kg) : Water 4.6 Liters.
• Slowly add Dr.Fixit Fevimate XL to a bucket of water for mixing.
• Use a trowel or mechanical mixer (speed at 150-500 RPM) for mixing until a thick creamy consistency is achieved.
• Allow the mixture to stand for 5-10 minutes for chemical slaking and reducing air bubble.
• Remix then use the adhesive and do not add additional water or powder after tile adhesive was set.

• Spread mortar with flat side of trowel to key-in substrate; then apply additional mortar to a depth sufficient to be notched with suitable that will leave only enough mortar to give 100% contact with back of tile and a subsequent mortar bed of 3 mm to 5 mm.
• With high lug tiles, "back buttering" may be required to ensure 100% coverage to bavk of tiles.
• During the setting of tile, it is advisable to occasionally a tile to be sure mortar has not skinned over and sufficient transfer is being made. It is also required that tiles be embedded to obtain good transfer of morter to tile and for proper alignment.
• Do not adjust tiles in mortar after they have been set past 10-15 minutes

• Clean the tools & equipment with potable water immediately after use.

• Always add powder to liquid and not liquid to powder.
• Clean the tools & equipment with potable water immediately after use. While working in temperature more than 35 °C (95 °F) always dampen the substrate & finish faster.
• Tiling should not be done when surface temperature is below 4 °C.
• Dr.Fixit Fevimate XL should not be used on painted, metal surfaces, ply & gvpsum boards.

• 12 mouths from the date of manufacturing in unopened condtion.
• Store in a cool & dry place.

• As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing, such as gloves and goggles, should be worn.
• Treat any contact to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. Do not induce vomiting & seek medical assistance immediately.
• Ensure the pack is available for the medical attendant to examine any relevant instructions and content details.
• Reseal all containers after use and ensure product is stored as instructed.
