ดร.ฟิคสิท เฟล็กซี่ เกร้าท์ DR.Fixit Flexi Grout

 Area of Application :

• Pre-cast precast concrete joint sealant
• Terracotta, Tile Adhesive Artificial stone tiles, Ceramic tiles, and Mosaic tiles etc.
• Concrete joint sealant such as factory floor, plastered concrete

• Clean the concrete surface thoroughly , if there is some porous cement attached to the surface, use mechanical machine such as sand blasting to get rid of.
• Thoroughly wire brushing, clean out all loose materials and dust.
• No need to use any primer.
• Mixing part A and part B together ratio 1 : 1 can use screw driver with low speed (300-500 rpm.) to mix for at least 2 minutes or hand mix until the mixture is homogeneous and has consistent viscosity.
• Mixed meterial shoud be used up within 45 minutes
• Crack is large or the groove is very deep should be use a backing rod, polyurethane or polyethylene foam ( Backing rod ) into the groove before filling with Dr.Fixit Flexi Grout.
• Let dry at least 8-12 hours before decorating with paint or other materials further.

• All the equipment needs to be cleaned immediately after the job was done using aromatic solvent such as xylene

• Do not mix any materials into this product.
• After mixing section A and part B , all should used within 45 minutes.

• Set 1 kg. (Part A = 0.5, Part B = 0.5)

• 1 year ina sealed container and store in a cool and dry place

• Non-flammable
• Avoid skin and eye conntact, in case of contact, rinse with clean water
• Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles when working
