ลักษณะการใช้งาน
ซีเมนต์ซ่อมแซม จระเข้ ฟาสท์ แพทซ์ 928 เหมาะสําหรับงานซ่อมแซมคอนกรีตที่ต้องการความเร่งด่วน เปิดใช้งานเร็ว เช่น พื้นถนน สนามบิน

• ทําพื้นผิวให้หยาบโดยการสกัดหรือขัด เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการยึดเกาะ
• พื้นผิวคอนกรีตต้องแข็งแรงและสะอาด ปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก ฝุ่น และสิ่งแปลกปลอมอื่น ๆ
• ควรบ่มผิวคอนกรีตให้เปียกชุ่ม ทิ้งไว้อย่างน้อย 4 ชั่วโมง และดูดซับนํ้าส่วนเกินที่ค้างบนผิวงานออกให้หมดก่อนใช้งาน

• จระเข้ ฟาสท์ แพทซ์ 928 7.4 กก. ต่อนํ้า 1 ลิตร (โดยน้ำหนัก) หรือ
• จระเข้ ฟาสท์ แพทซ์ 928 3.5 ส่วน ต่อ นํ้า 1 ส่วน (โดยปริมาตร)

• เตรียมถังผสมและตวงนํ้าใส่ตามอัตราส่วนที่ระบุ เทจระเข้ ฟาสท์ แพทซ์ 928 ลงในนํ้า ในขณะที่เปิดเครื่องผสมรอบตํ่า หรือใช้เกรียงเหล็กคนช้า ๆ ผสมให้เข้ากันดี (ประมาณ 1-2 นาที)
• ควรผสมในปริมาณน้อย ควรใช้ให้หมดภายใน 10 นาที
• กรณีเทหนาเกิน 51 มม. แนะนําให้ผสมหินเกล็ดขนาดไม่เกิน 10 มม. อัตราส่วนผสม 50-80% โดยนํ้าหนัก หลังจากผสมเข้ากันดีแล้ว
• ในกรณีใช้งานในปริมาณที่ไม่มากนัก ควรผสมโดยใช้เกรียงคนให้เข้ากัน และไม่ควรทํางานนานเกินกว่า 10 นาที จะต้องใช้งานทันที

1. ใช้เกรียงตัก และอุด ซ่อมผิวงานอย่าใช้นํ้าแต่งผิว ให้รอจนกว่าเริ่มก่อตัว จึงใช้เกรียงแต่งผิวตามต้องการ
2. ถ้าต้องการเทเป็นชั้น ๆ ให้ขีดขูดผิวให้หยาบและทิ้งไว้ 1 วัน จึงใช้นํ้าบ่มให้ชุ่ม เพื่อให้ประสานกันดีก่อนที่จะเทชั้นต่อไป

Information
Crocodile Fast Patch is a ready-to-use product, just mix with water. With fast setting feature, the product is suitable for concrete repairing work with urgent usage such as road pavement, bridge, runway, and industrial floor, along with application in extremely low temperature such as cold storage.

Substrate Preparation
Chip or scrape the surface for a rough texture to improve adhesion
The surface should be solid and clean without dirt and impurities
Apply water to the surface until saturated and left for 4 hours then remove excess water on the surface before applying the mixture

Mixing ratio
Crocodile Fast Patch 928 7.4 kg per 1 litre of water or Crocodile Fast Patch 928 3.5 parts per 1 part of water (by volume)

Mixing

• Measuring water with recommended mixing ratio in bucket then slowly pour Crocodile Fast Patch 928 while slowly stir with motorized paddle mixer, running at low speed, or trowel until the mixture become homogenous (approximately 1-2 minutes) before using
• Mix in small quantity for 10 minutes of working period
• For application over 51 mm in thickness, mixing small gravel under 10 mm is recommended for 50-80% by weight after the mixture become homogenous
• For small quantity usage, using trowel to mix for repairing period under 10 minutes and use immediately

Installation

1. Using trowel to apply the mixture to repair the specimen. Do not use water to smoothen the surface. Wait until the mixture starting to form and use trowel to finish the surface
2. For layer pouring, scraping the surface and left for 1 day and applying water until saturated to improve adhesion before applying the next layer
