Preparing the machine before use

• Fill the engine oil to the specified level before use every time. (oil level is at the level of the final threaded end of the sump)

• Apply enough oil that soaks up the water in the air filter. or add engine oil next to the center shaft hole air drum pot According to the level set next to the air filter pot
• Check the mounting nut and knots firmly 
•  Check the belt whether it is in working condition or not.

 How to use

•  Rotate the blade adjuster steering wheel to push the clock so that the sanding blade is level with the floor.
•  Place the scrubber tray on the floor. Lift the machine, place it on the tray to the locking point.
•  engine While the machine is stuck, you have to grab the handle.
•  Accelerate the engine to allow the clutch pulley to work.
•  After using the polishing tray to level the mortar Remove the scrubbing tray.
•  The polished surface must be reasonably hard.
•  Adjust the blade by turning the blade adjuster wheel clockwise so that the blade is upright about 10 degrees, and continue to accelerate the machine until the surface is satisfactory.

 How to install the engine

• Put the flywheel into the engine and put the tongue and tighten the nut.
•  Remove the cover of the pulley, belt, sanding machine.
•  Lift the engine, place it on the machine stand and use the nut to fix the engine base. with the pedestal Do not tighten the knot yet.
•  straighten the machine See if the groove of the machine pulley and the polished machine pulley are matched or not.
•  if match Tighten all the bolts and put on the belt.
•  Put 2 steel leg bolts and 4 cover bolts.

Precautions for use

Caution

•   When starting the engine, reduce the throttle as much as possible and gradually accelerate as needed.
•  Do not use mortar polishing machine while the mortar is soft. and harden too much
•  Do not add engine oil to the air filter core hole.
•  Fuel should avoid E20, E85.
•  The engine air filter should be cleaned every 2-3 days.
