• มีความต้านทานต่อแรงกระแทกและสั่นสะเทือน

• เสริมกำลังการติดยึดผนังอิฐก่อ
• เชื่อมประสานรอยต่อคอนกรีต
• เชื่อมประสานคอนกรีต เหล็ก ผนังก่ออิฐ

• รอยต่อที่มีการขยับตัว หรือสั่นไหว เล็กน้อย

• รอยแตกร้าว บนพื้นผิวคอนกรีต หรือ พื้นผิวก่ออิฐ ฉาบปูน

• มีความยืดหยุ่นตัว และรับกำลังเชิงกลได้สูง

• มีความต้านทานต่อแรงกระแทกและสั่นสะเทือน
• ไม่ดูดซึมน้ำ

• ผสมเข้ากันได้ง่าย และไม่ต้องทาน้ำยารองพื้นก่อนการใช้งาน
• สีของส่วนผสม A และ B มีความแตกต่าง (เห็นความเข้ากันได้ง่าย)
• ไม่ไหลย้อย ในขณะทำงานในแนวดิ่ง หรือเหนือศีรษะ
• สูตรพิเศษ สามารถล้างทำความสะอาดด้วยน้ำ ปลอดภัยต่อสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม

สำหรับงานยาแนว อุดปิดร่องรอยต่อ : 1 กิโลกรัม ต่อ ร่องรอยต่อยาว 6 เมตร

1. สำหรับร่องรอยต่อที่มีความลึกมาก แนะนำให้ใช้โพลียูรีเทนโฟมหรือโพลีเอทธีลีนโฟม รองร่องเพื่อกำหนดความลึกก่อนการยาแนว หรืออุดปิดร่องรอยต่อด้วย Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint
2. อุดโป๊ว Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint ที่ผสมแล้ว ด้วยเกรียง ใบกวน หรือ ปืนยึงวัสดุอุดรอยต่อ (sealant gun) ลงในร่องรอยต่อที่เตรียมพื้นผิว ไว้ดีแล้ว
3. ความหนา / ความลึก ที่แนะนำ : สำหรับร่องรอยต่อขนาด < 3.5 ซม. = 5 มม. และร่องรอยต่อขนาด > 3.5 ซม. - 5 ซม. = 10 มม.
4. ปล่อยให้วัสดุเซ็ตตัว ประมาณ 24-48 ชั่วโมง ก่อนการทาสี หรือตกแต่งด้วยวัสดุอื่นๆ ทับ
5. ควรใช้เทปกาวในบริเวณที่ต้องการเส้นรอยต่อที่คมชัด ประณีต สวยงามเป็นพิเศษ ดึงเทปกาวออกในขณะที่วัสดุยังคงนิ่มอยู่ (ภายใน 30 นาที)

1. ทั้งสองด้านของรอยร้าว ให้กรีดสกัดขอบด้านข้างเล็กน้อย เพื่อให้เป็นรูปตัว V หากจำเป็น ให้ทำการกรีดสกัด จนกว่าจะพบคอนกรีตที่มีสภาพแข็งแรง
2. กำจัดเศษฝุ่นผงปูน คอนกรีตที่เสียหาย หรือหลุดล่อนออกจากรอยร้าว ด้วยเครื่องดูดฝุ่น หรือเป่าออก ด้วยเครื่องเป่าลม
3. ใช้เกรียงอุดโป๊ว Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint ที่ผสมแล้ว ลงไปในรอยร้าวที่ต้องการอุดซ่อม พร้อมทั้งปรับแต่งหน้าให้เรียบ
4. ปล่อยให้วัสดุเซ็ตตัว ประมาณ 24-48 ชั่วโมง ก่อนการทาสี หรือตกแต่งด้วยวัสดุอื่นๆ ทับ

• ทำความสะอาดเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ด้วยน้ำอุ่นหรือน้ำสะอาด ทันทีที่เสร็จงาน หรือก่อนที่วัสดุจะเซ็ตตัวแข็ง
• ในส่วนของวัสดุที่เซ็ตตัวแข็งแล้วสามารถกำจัดออกได้ด้วยวิธีการ ทางกลเท่านั้น

Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint
2-Component flexibilized hybrid adhesive and joint sealingSikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint is a 2- part flexibilized hybrid adhesive and joint sealing with unique mechanical properties based on a mix of epoxy, PU and special fillers. It is ideal for sealing joints, movement joints, expansion joints and repairing cracks. It bonds to concrete, masonry, steel, precast concrete, fiber cement board, wood and other construction materials and it is elastic with high mechanical properties.

Application Information
Mixing ratio : Component A : B = 2 : 1 by weight
Pot life : ~ 60 minutes
Gel time : ~ 100 - 140 minutes

Consumption : For joint sealing 6 m / 1 kg (dimension width 1 cm x Depth 1 cm)

Application steps 
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION : All substrates must be sound, dry, clean and free from standing water, grease, oils, old surface, treatments or coatings. And all loose or friable particles must be removed.
MIXING : Mix component A : B = 2 : 1 part by weight, mix thoroughly using either hand tools or low speed mixer (300 - 500 rpm). Mixed until to be homogeneous.
APPLICATION 
Joint Sealing

1. For applications where joints are very deep, recommend to use backing rod prior to fill the Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint.
2. Apply Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint by trowel, spatula or sealant gun into the joints or the desired area.
3. Recommendation thickness (sealing depth) for gap < 3.5 cm = 5 mm and gap > 3.5 cm - 5 cm = 10 mm.
4. Allow a minimum of 24-48 hours setting time, before painting or applying a covering material.
5. Masking tape must be used where sharp exact joint lines or exceptionally neat lines are required. Remove the tape whilst the material is still soft (within 30 minutes)

Crack Repairing

1. On both sides of crack, the side edges be slightly chiseled to give a V shape. If required do chiseling until a hard concrete is encountered.
2. Remove loose material from crack area and blow out the dust and debris from the gap of crack by using a compressor or air blower.
3. Apply Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint by trowel, spatula or sealant gun into the cracks line.
4. Allow a minimum of 24-48 hours setting time before painting or applying a covering material.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT : Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water / warm water immediately after use. Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.
