• Dr. Fixit Newcoat is a water based waterproofing membrane containing an integral synthetic micro reinforcement, specifically designed to eliminate blistering and wrinkling which may occur in exposed or ponded situation. Improved version of polymer ensures higher tensile strength and durability of coating.
• Dr. Fixit Newcoat is highly durable waterproofing coating having excellent resistance to UV, algae, mildew, alkaline and efflorescence properties. It is breathable that allows trapped water vapour to escape from the roof.
• Dr. Fixit Newcoat can also reduce heat built – up on roof by reflecting some harmful ultra violet (UV), visible, and infrared radiations. Hence, the roof is cooler and the heat transfer into the building is less.

• Light and Foot traffic RC roof.
• Concrete or Steel Gutter.

• Allow fresh concrete to cure 28 days
• Concrete surface must clean, strong, free of all loose dirty materials, and dust free, oil stain, wax, liquid coating / paint, concrete curing agent, grease or other stains that would affect waterproof coating adhesion.
• Concrete surface where there laitance, algae, mound, remove them with grinding machine and clean surface afterwards.
• Prepare cement surface or minerel mix cement surface by cleaning by using girnding machine or chipping machine to remove all defect surfaces such as peel off surface, weak concrete, cavities, etc. Donot use water to clean to surface to prevent accumulation of moisture. Use grinding machine or chipping machine to smoothen surface and remove all loose dirty materials off use blower to blow off dirt or vacuum cleaner to suck in dirt.

• Surface must be smooth, for laitance remove laitance surface by saw concrete or scrubbing down with wire brush
• Adjust slope 1:100 on roof terrace application to allow water to drain.
• all substructrate area must be smooth and any defects conrete surface can be apply by use structure repair cementitious mortar Dr.Fixit UniRepair FC to fill in damage area, afterwards allow repair area to cure for 7 days prior to oter work.
• Surface crack larger then 2-5  mm. must be repair before aoolying Dr.Fixit Newcoat.
• If the substrate trmperature is high then cool it down by usung water hose and allow the substrate is high then cool  itt down by using wate hose and allow the substrate to attain a satuate dy condition.

• For concrface surface with, concrete. peel off surface , hollow sound check from knock at concrete concrete condition remove by grinding machine or chipping machine till reaching strong concrete.
• For concrete surface with pinhole or honeycomb can be apply by using structural repair cementitious mortar Dr.Fixit UniRepair FC to fill in defects area, afterwards allow repair area to cure for 7 days prior to other work.
• For concrete surface with >3 mm crack, groove U shape on crack area to big enough for apply Dr.Fixit MS 25 Sealant to seal crack and allow to cure a day prior to working on area.
• For concrete surface with hairline crack apply Dr.Fixit Newcoat over hairline crack.

• For concrete wall and floor should be made fillet/chamfer with Dr.Fixit NS 25 Sealant. Allow sealant to cure for a day prior to other work.
• Any comers or angles should be cut.

• Concrete surface moisture level must not exceed 5% if exceeded or it is high porous surface recommend use Dr.Fixit Denzi Block and leave coat to dry completely 1-2 hours.

• Dr.fixit Newcoat is premix product, stir content till ahomogenous paste is form prior to applying Can apply with mixing machine at low speed mix with 2 minutes. Do not add more water when mixing.

• After primer cure
• Paint/spray of Dr.Fixit Newcoat at 2.80 kg/sqm (dry film thickness 1,000 micron)
• Allow 1 coat to dry 1 to 2 hours prior to applying 2 coat perpendicularly, do not add more water in mixture when applying
• When applying floor to wall joint apply Dr.Fixit Newcoat at least 30 cm height adove floor level
• Recommend spray Dr.Fixit Newcoat with Dr.Fixit Dutymax Airless Sprayer

• All equipment shhould be clean with water after application

• Dr.Fixit Newcoat working temperature 10 to 35 c
• Dr.Fixit Newcoat should not be apply area that regular is immerse in water such as water tank and swimming pool

• 12 month storage in sealed container and room temperature.

• Non Flammable.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Wear protective gloves and eye protection when applied.
